Our 2025 nightly rate is E 250.00. Minimum number of booked nights is 4.
Extras: Cleaning is charged extra per stay at E 135.00.
Security / booking depeosit is E 350.00. This is refundable within 10 days of departure by bank transfer provided no damage is observed. Normal wear and tear accepted.
Example: 4 nights @ 250.00 = E 1,000.00 lLonger stays just increase the overnight by the total number]
1 Clean @ 135.00 = E 135.00
1 Security@ E 350.00 = E 350.00 [ Refundable.]
Total transfer for a 4 night stay = E 1,485.00

Deposit is € 350.00 per vacation with balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
